We are a marriage of pensioners with great economic effort build a house for our children and bought an apartment on the Costa Blanca. Now, as our children do not need the houses, the rents of those we serve to supplement our pension. We are the owners, which guarantees a direct commercial relationship with our tenants and most importantly, the absence of middlemen our rates are 40% cheaper than the price recommended by the taxation of Real Estate.

CHARACTERISTIC
Beautifully and lovingly restored by their Spanish owners, these large village houses have been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard but still . Both houses have two floors and cover of Arab roofing tile with roof terrace with lighting, outside tap and further storage.
In the Ground Floor, each house has a good sized tiled living area with brick and granite built chimney and wood burning fire. The chimney accomplish a mission of heating of the house, with a glassy fused iron stove, and an electrical ventilation of different speeds, that distributes the hot air through the grids installed in the ground and first floor..
House A (Furnished) boasts attractive new furnishings of solid wood, comfortable sofas ,dining table and chairs, SAT TV,video...
The kitchen is independent, and ample like serving as second dining room. modern , with plenty of storage and 11 liters Junkers butane gas water heater and automatic ignition, mixed plate, oven and sink.
House A (Furnished) have too fridge, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs, all new.
The bathroom is complete with
washbasin, cup WC, bidet, bathtub and bathwardrobe in lacqued wood,
everything of Mod. Roca Victora. Also in this floor there is and the pantry or a beautiful internal tiled patio of designe Andalusian with a picture of the Castle at Denia, according to house.
In the First Floor is a complete bathroom too and four bedrooms: two are marriage bedroms, one double and another single . All bedrooms have built-in-wardrobe of one, two or three bodies.
House A (Furnished) have beds of solid wood, spring mattress, mattress and curtains all new. There is an additional storage room in the loft area.
From the First Floor is acceded to the Terrace, with impressive views of the valley and sea. The Terrace is equipped with a barbecue of design, made in seen brick and ceramic. Also they have storage room and water faucet.
All the elements of the house are made with excellent materials as their inner walls in lined monolayer and partitions of great thickness to respect the privacy. The grounds, pavements and the ceramics of the houses are of first quality, of double nonskid baking and. The doors are of Provence type, wood sapelly and semilacqued.
The windows, blinds, balconies and the principal door are of aluminum bronze color Reynolds, with glass of 5 mm, that turn it optimal like thermal and acoustic insulator.
The locksmith shop of the iron doors of the windows and balconies, is of made design Andalusian and with solid iron.
The electrical system consists of numerous points of light and plugs, utizando themselves mechanisms and plates of high quality mark Simon, series 27. The wall light and lamps are of natural wood to match with the beams that adorn the ceilings.

BENIDOLEIG
Benidoleig is a traditional Spanish village surroundy the
orange/lemon groves and tropical trees. In this village there are three
'urbanizations': "Corner of Silencio", "Spain old" and "The village of the
caves", in which most of the residents come from Germany and Great Britain.
Added to the 950 inhabitants of Benidoleig, 150 foreign residents contribute

hairdressers, restaurants, bars and sports facilities for tennis or swimming
in public swimmingpool, walking... offer all the requirements for a tranquil
lifestyle.This village is famous for the historic cave of Las Calaveras. Within 10-15 minutes drive, you have access to the blue flag beaches of the region and La Sella golf course in the neighboring village of Pedreguer, Denia , Javea or the wine growing region of Jalon. Benidorm is a 30 minute drive.The aeroport of Valencia and Alicante are only 90 km.

The house is well equipped for 6 people "for feel you how your home": Tableware home (bedspreads, sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towels ...), TV, satellite, VCR, refrigerator, washing machine, cooking, oven, microwave, blender, kitchen utensils (set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, oil, jugs ...), iron and board, ... Linen are changed weekly and general cleaning of the house is done upon arrival and departure.

OCCUPIED Minimum one year . Deposit 590 Euros.

CHARACTERISTIC
The flat is well equipped with washing machine, iron, cooker, refrigerator, TV, microwave, coffee maker, set of dishes and utensils for 6 people, pans... Linen are changed weekly.
The apartment is located in the most commercial and historical neigborhoof of the city calle Pare Pere, nº 8 , 1º and its only 9 minutes away walking from the best sand beach, called Las Marines. Denia is well known for its elegance and good weather. (The only Spanish subtropical zone except of the Canary Islands and Almunecar).
Trips can be made to the Baleares Islands (daily ferrys), Terra Mitica and Benidorm (only 40 km away), Safari Park Vergel (20 km away), Cave of Benidoleig (14 km), minicruises in Tourist Boats to the Reserve of the Cabo de S. Antonio and Javea, ecological routes to the Montgo, Valencia and Alicante City (to 100 km)...
DENIA
Denia is a beautiful city on the Costa Blanca
(Alicante, Spain), capital of the Marina Alta, it is notable for your
elegance and warmth of its weather (20 degrees average). Outside of Spain is
known as the "California Mediterranean". Denia is the place chosen by the
wealthy and famous that their ostentatious yachts berth in its marina and the
elegant shopping stroll through its streets. The beaches of Denia is famous
for its sand and clean water, several blue flags so certify. The whole city
is a melting pot of cultures and civilizations that have gone through it,
especially the castle, its historic center and the district of fishermen. But
not only can enjoy walking through their typical streets, a few kilometers
away lies the Natural Park of Monge where you can make ecological path. If

RESERVATIONS
The collection of keys Denia apartment will take place in the same block, Pare Pere Street, 8, 2º Floor , DENIA (Alicante) . Ask for Mrs. Maria and the house of Benidoleig, in the same door Madre Elisea Street,16 . BENIDOLEIG (Alicante). The entrance will be from the 17 hours of the day of arrival and the evacuation on the 12 hours of the day of exit.
To the arrival the total amount of the stay will be paid and the corresponding Season Rent Contract will subscribe , according to the Officially Authorized Model.

CLIMATOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS
Also, the configuration of the Valley of Vergel (orchard) or Retoria, surrounded by mountains of relative altitude in amphitheatre form, protects it of cold winds of the north and does that the hot and humid airs coming from the Mediterranean Sea when surpassing this altitude are transformed into precipitations.
